<sub>Cyborg Cat was created as a goverment weapon by several scientists in the AEC.(Animal Experemental Center.) After the operation, Cy woke up, and within a few mintues, breaks out of his contaiment unit and escapes. Cy had no memory of his previous life, and was very confused that he could speak out of the built in speaker on his chest, and was as well confused at many of his new abilities. He hadn't noticed, but his robotic arm had been bugged before he woke up, so one of the scientists known as Johnson could hear what was going on on his speaker device, which was able to give clues to where cy might be. Johnson feels sympathy for the cat, and believes he shouldn't go back into containment, so he just listens and hopes.

Another animal had followed him when he broke out, since the door was still open as cy left. 0-W1, (nicknamed O-one) a small blue/grey owl who had been taken in for research of his somewhat unknown phycic powers was the third animal who has ever escaped the A.E.C. 0-W1 is a bit of a dark character, who generally keeps things to himself, but is still friendly and kind, with occasional scary phychic outbursts when lives hang in the balance.

I mentioned that 0-W1 was the third who broke free. so who was the first? A dog. His name was Poindexter, a dog who's brain was fused with a human's giving him extreme learning capabilities. Of course, he became smart enough to escape from the AEC. After roaming the streets for a year or so, he learned english, began standing upright, and became extremley evil. He learned how to do the brain fusion and created his own army of mutt-minions, who all live underground with Poindexter, capturing animals and commiting experimental crimes so horrible, it makes the AEC look like a play pen. Now guess who they want to capture most? WELL WHO IS THE ONLY CAT IN THE CITY WITH A LAZER GUN, INFARED VISION, AND A FLAMETHROWER?
Poindexter's right hand man is a genitcally mutated flying rat named Scrap, a nasty little creature who tries to con cy and 0-W1 into making them fall into the evil dog's clutches.

So Cy and O-W1 must work together to find a new purpose, save others, and defeat Poindexter.
And our story begins. DUN DUN DUNNNN.</sub>
